Fragment from a medical treatise(?) in Latin, manuscript on parchment

A vertical strip, c. 360 × 97 mm, comprising a single column (or two) of 72 lines, written in heavily abbreviated gothic script, the text unidentified but partly concerning bodily humours, decorated with one two-line initial in red with blue penwork, paraphs alternately red or blue; probably recovered from a bookbinding, with consequent damage and dark staining to one side
