Thomas Forbes Kelsall (1799–1872) was an English lawyer, poet, and literary figure primarily known for his close association with the poet and playwright Thomas Lovell Beddoes. Though not widely famous, Kelsall played a significant role in preserving and promoting Beddoes’ work after his death, and he is remembered for his contributions to the literary circles of his time.
