Five volumes, cloth-bound with gilt decorative motifs, large 4to, measuring 31 cm. Volumes comprise: 384 pp with 497 illustrations, including 14 in color; xi, 453 pp with 845 illustrations, 12 of which are in color; x, 533 pp featuring 898 illustrations, with 35 in color; and [15] pp listing the illustrations. A complete set of Millard Meiss’s acclaimed five-volume series on medieval French painting. The set is in Very Good condition, housed in dust wrappers with minor blemishes and a few small indentations on the rear board of the Boucicault volume. The corners are slightly bumped.
Note, this is a very heavy set and will require extra postage.
