290 × 205mm, ruled in leadpoint for 19 lines of text, written in large early Romanesque script (each line approximately 15mm high), each verse starting a new line with the initial letter of each verse in orange-red set to the left of the main text, the text comprising Psalm 77:31–45 (“[elec]tos Isial [! changed from Israhel] impedivit … cęnomiam &, et comedit”); recovered from reuse as a flyleaf in a binding, with consequent dirt and damage, the orange initials often darked through oxidation, but overall a specimen of large, handsome, legible Romanesque script.
