c. 290 mm × 190 mm, most of a leaf, ruled in ink and written with 29 lines of text in a gothic textura script, rubrics and Roman numerals in red, capitals stroked in red, each day headed by the first 19 letters of the Roman alphabet, A–T, for each year of the 19-year lunar cycle, and corresponding numbers i–xxx representing the epacts (in increments of 11: 1, 12, 23, 4, 15, 26, etc.), the main text comprises lists of saints to be venerated on each day from to 15 July–19 July (“natalis sanctorum Eutropii C<…> et Bonose sororum … Rufine cervix confracta in confessione est. Et”, followed by the heading for 20 July; Migne, PL, CXXIV, cols. 261/2–275/6); recovered from use as a book cover, with consequent damage, including creases, dirt, cropped margins, and a section missing.
