The fragment c. 325 × 235 mm, the written space c. 270 × 177 mm, but lacking a line at the bottom, written in two columns of 58 (of 59) lines, in a regular Gothic script, the text comprising Baldo degli Ubaldi’s Commentary on lex VI, De iure deliberandi (“posset. Sed que istarum rationem est potentior …  non est merum ius accrescendi” (cf. the edition printed at Venice in 1586, VIII, available through Google Books: p. 106 col. a line 19 – p. 107 col. a line 48).
